Tree quality
Real Christmas trees are naturally grown and every Christmas tree will be different, that is how nature made them.
- Photos of Christmas trees on the website may differ from the actual Christmas tree delivered.
- All orders for real Christmas trees online include FREE* delivery and optional collection.
- All Christmas trees are sprayed with pesticides, since Christmas trees are a natural product, some insects may be found. This is normal and we recommend to do another spray of pesticides (eg. Mortein) when the Christmas tree arrives.
- CBD and distance deliveries will incur a surcharge.
- Delivery is made within the Melbourne Metropolitan* area within 2 business days* or otherwise stated by you.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars and are final.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
