We'll collect your tree from anywhere in Melbourne and take it back to the farm, where it's mulched and returned to the ground.

We'll take it out for you. Someone needs to be home.

Collection before Christmas Eve.
Add collection when you order your tree, or book it separately.
On the day
Where to put your tree for pickup
Simply place your tree out the front of the property where our driver can easily see it. If you can't be home on the collection date, please leave written instructions at checkout.
If we're collecting from a business, please leave its opening hours and any other instructions at checkout.
Choosing your own date
Book at least 24 hours before collection
Collection must be within our metropolitan boundary
Your chosen day needs to be approved
Please check the collection timetable to make sure it suits you.
Why book a collection?
Garbage collectors won't take it
Don't leave your old tree lying around. It won't be removed with your rubbish.
Nor will the council
A tree left on the nature strip won't be collected, and it's an eyesore for your neighbours.
Start the new year fresh
We'll collect from anywhere in Melbourne. All we need is the address.
Back to the farm
Collected trees are mulched and returned to the ground.
If collection runs past the schedule
If collection is excessively delayed, we'll keep collecting booked trees after the scheduled date and confirm the new date with you by SMS. Full refunds apply before the collection date.
