Delivery questions
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home. If you won’t be home, please make sure:
- there’s enough room for us to leave the tree in front of your building
- the spot is shaded and out of direct sunlight
- there’s a bucket of water big enough to stand the tree in. It needs to be in water at all times to stay fresh
- the area is safe and secure
- if you live in an apartment or secured building, you’ve left us instructions.
Re-delivery fee: we may charge a re-delivery fee if we can’t leave the tree anywhere, or if no one is there to receive it and no arrangements were made.
We can’t take responsibility for a tree left unattended.
What time will my tree arrive?
There are too many factors involved for us to guarantee a time of day. In your order notes, you can ask our driver to phone you when they’re on their way.
Will you install the tree on delivery?
Yes. Select installation when you order. It’s best if you’re home on delivery day, but we can still install it if you give us all the instructions we need.
- You need a Christmas tree stand. Buy one of ours with your tree, or leave a good working stand (such as a Cinco) outside for the driver.
- Your home must be safe for our drivers to access.
- We may refuse to install if either of these isn’t met.
When do deliveries start and end?
We deliver all year round. Free delivery starts in the last week of November and the last delivery day is 24 December. If the date you want isn’t available at checkout, please contact us to organise one.
